If you are using gmail (Desktop)
Sometimes they are not received properly due to gmails Spam filtering. Please check in your Spam folder that emails from "help@glamaco.com.au" have not been going there. If they have, just select the message, and click the “Not Spam” button that appears at the top. Please also make sure you add "help@glamaco.com.au" email address to your contacts to ensure emails from glamaCo are not blocked by your gmail Spam filter in the future.
If you are using Hotmail/Outlook (Desktop)
Sometimes they are not received properly due to Hotmail’s/Outlooks Junk filtering. Please check in your Junk folder that emails from "help@glamaco.com.au" have not been going there. If they have, check the box next to an email from us and then click “Not Junk”. Please also make sure you add "help@glamaco.com.au" email address to your People to ensure emails from glamaCo are not blocked by your Hotmail Junk filter in the future.
If you do not see emails from "help@glamaco.com.au" in these places, please contact us. It may be due to another issue we can quickly resolve for you to ensure you receive our Newsletters.
