My item is faulty. What do I do?

If your item:

  • Is faulty or damaged and is covered by a warranty period,
  • Is not an item from one of the brands listed here which are covered by those respective manufacturers' warranties,

Then please send a message to us with your order number (as it appears on your delivery confirmation email), a detailed description of the fault and images of the item/s.  Then we will be able to address it quickly.

If we find that the item is not faulty or damaged, it is your responsibility to retrieve the item/s. glamaCo will not pay to send these item/s back to you.
