I can’t remember my password/I can’t log in!

Before resetting your password, sometimes issues occur during signing in due to the following reasons:

  • You have either:
    • Incorrectly entered your email address
    • Incorrectly entered your password
  • Or you do not already have an existing online account with us.  Sign up here

Already have a glamaCo Trade card but have yet to sign up online?  If you signed up for a Trade card instore before 1st July 2016 please click here to set up an online Trade account. 

 

If the reason you cannot sign in is not due to the above issues, please follow the below instructions to reset your password:

  1. Click "Forgot Password?" when signing in
  2. Enter the registered email address you chose when you signed up in the “Email” field.
  3. Click the “RESET” button.
  4. A Password Reset Confirmation email containing a glamaCo website link will be sent to the email address assigned to the account.  Please check in your Spam/Junk folder in case the email arrives there.
  5. When you receive the email, please click on the glamaCo website link immediately as the link will expire after a short period of time.
  6. A glamaCo website page will load.  Enter your email address and new password in the fields indicated.
  7. Click the "SAVE PASSWORD" button.
  8. Your new password will be saved. Please use this password to sign into your Account.

If the glamaCo website link in the Password Reset Confirmation email states that it is expired after you click on it, you will need to repeat the process above.
